My brother currently has no cartilage between his scapula and clavicle. It hurts like hell and the doctors have proscribed a year of physical therapy - my guess to work up the muscle around his shoulder to perhaps reduce the stress of movement. However, as bad as it may sound, I am glad he's currently in PT. You see, my brother is a sniper-cavalry scout in the US army. His platoon was deployed for Afghanistan not so long ago. I know that his mates are close, and he feels incompetent not being there to help out those who he's learned rely on him. I just wanted to get my old journal off the front page. It's been a while. I'm in college now, and the busy pace of life makes it hard to update my dA. I've done a lot of art, none of which I honestly like enough to put up. Most of it is doodles, too. I'm pretty addicted to doodling. Right now I'm trying to learn how to drive. And then I'll be moving out with my big sister, Liz. Mom keeps trying to talk me out of it. But, still. I want to. To get away from grandma, but also because I want to become dependent and self-reliant. That's about it. Busy, but not too crazy.

...is a series taken at the Multnomah Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and Horsetail Falls, all along the Columbia River Gorge.
